Domus Ursula, a magnificent villa with breathtaking views

Since 1962 Ursula and her husband Augusto welcomed the first tourists of the Divine Coast in their villa which still today retains traces of the original welcome offering the unchanged breathtaking view of Capri and Positano to be enjoyed sitting in the garden sipping a drink at sunset. The villa enjoys an excellent central location, strategically far from the noise of the main road but from which all the town's services can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Bars, restaurants, shops and the famous majolica church of San Gennaro are just a short distance away.

Access to the sea involves descending approximately 200 steps

The villa offers accommodation for up to six people; it is arranged on a single level and is composed of:

• Two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom, one with a bathtub overlooking the sea and the other with a shower (double beds 160 m x 190 m)
• A further double bedroom on the mezzanine (double bed 160 x 190 m)
• Air conditioning in all rooms
• Fast internet throughout the property
• Panoramic equipped garden on the lower level reachable via 10 steps (garden furniture may not be available during periods of unfavorable weather, in low season)
• Living room with smart TV, sofa and armchairs for six people
• Veranda with table for 6 people with panoramic window
• Sea view terrace equipped with table and chairs

Find Domus Ursula

Via Breve branches off from the main road, after about 100 steps on the right is the access alley to the villa, or alternatively, from the church of San Gennaro take the road to go to the beach and via Breve is always on the right with a flight of about 40 steps with the alley on the left.

By Car

From the North: A1 motorway to Naples, continuation on the E45 until the Castellammare di Stabia exit, then SS 145 Sorrentina, after Meta di Sorrento take the SS 163 to Positano / Praiano

From the South: E45 to Salerno, continuation along the SS 163 along the coast to Amalfi / Praiano
